Marty Hollingsworth is the Founder and CEO of Scio Services, where he is leading the transformation of how broadband infrastructure is documented, managed, and preserved. Drawing on decades of experience working with technology deployments in multifamily and commercial real estate, Marty recognized a common industry challenge: critical infrastructure information was often scattered across spreadsheets, shared drives, photos, and disconnected reports.

He founded Scio to solve that problem by creating a platform that gives service providers and property owners a permanent, searchable digital record of every site survey, installation, upgrade, and as-built. Under his leadership, Scio combines mobile field documentation, cloud-based project management, and AI-powered automation to improve project visibility, accountability, and long-term asset value.
